Terms of Service — SoulQuest Share

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SoulQuest Share ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the SoulQuest Share platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SoulQuest Share is a product of Corton Labs, a sole proprietorship operated by Anitta Corton, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These Terms are governed by Ontario law.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

SoulQuest Share is an AI-powered social content platform designed for spiritual practitioners, healers, coaches, and conscious entrepreneurs. The Service generates values-aligned social media content, provides voice training tools, and offers scheduling suggestions to help practitioners communicate their work authentically.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where a feature is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at legal@soulquestshare.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmitting spam, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform without our written consent
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Using the Service to generate content that is deceptive, manipulative, or harmful to others
  • Using the Service to build or operate a directly competing product
  • Sharing your account or subscription access with unauthorized third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without notice and without refund.

5. AI-Generated Content

SoulQuest Share uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content, captions, post suggestions, and scheduling recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs are suggestions only — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing it
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not perfectly aligned with your voice or values — review everything independently before use
  • You retain full responsibility for all content you publish, including compliance with the terms of service of any social media platform on which you post
  • You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with all applicable laws, including advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and any professional regulations applicable to your practice
  • Corton Labs makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content

6. Content You Submit

By using the Service, you may submit information about your practice, voice, values, and brand identity to train the AI to your specific style ("Voice Resonance" data). You retain full ownership of all content and data you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Corton Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use that content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your submitted content for any other purpose, including training general AI models, without your explicit consent.

7. Social Media Platform Compliance

SoulQuest Share assists you in creating content for third-party social media platforms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of those platforms complies with their respective terms of service, advertising policies, and community guidelines. Corton Labs is not affiliated with and accepts no responsibility for any third-party platform's actions, including the removal of content or suspension of accounts.

8. No Guarantee of Results

SoulQuest Share provides tools to assist with social media content creation. We make no guarantee that use of the Service will result in increased followers, engagement, revenue, client bookings, or any other specific outcome. Results depend on many factors entirely outside our control, including the nature of your practice, your audience, platform algorithms, and market conditions.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

Free Trial: SoulQuest Share offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to begin your trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will activate and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — see our Refund Policy for eligibility details.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We intend to transition to Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record in the future. Active subscribers will be notified in advance of any changes to payment processing.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Where changes affect active subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before new pricing takes effect.

Failed Payments: If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Taxes: Prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required by law, taxes including GST/HST or other applicable sales taxes may be added to your subscription price depending on your location.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting billing@soulquestshare.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.

11. Intellectual Property

SoulQuest Share and Corton Labs retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, code, designs, trademarks, and platform content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with your selected plan for your own personal or business purposes during your active subscription.

You retain full ownership of all content you submit and all content you generate through the Service. We make no claim over your published social media content or Voice Resonance data.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corton Labs and Anitta Corton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of followers, revenue, client relationships, reputation, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corton Labs, Anitta Corton, and their agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your published content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, or fraud. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting legal@soulquestshare.com. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
